[ She doesn't say anything for a while after! but Lucien does eventually receive a box with a black choker woven with small, freshwater pearls. There's no engraving of her name, but the O-ring she couldn't remove (if it has to look like a collar!) does come with a black onyx pendant.

There's also a red rose taped carefully onto the box's lid. ]
