B O D Y; physical looks, traits, style of dress. Mollymauk is a genderfluid lavender tiefling with red eyes. His curled horns are pierced and thoroughly decorated with little gems and baubles. He prefers to be flamboyant and ostentatious: he often wears a bright and colorful robe covered with different religious symbols. He has many straight, overlapping scars on his neck, upper chest, and arms. Molly has red eye tattoos on the right side of his neck, on his right shoulder, two on his upper back, and on the back and palm of his right hand. Integrating and concealing these eyes, he has a serpent tattoo that curls all along the length of his right hand and up his arm, that winds into a floral piece on his shoulder, and then into a peacock with tail feathers that run up the side of his face. Although he has tried to tattoo over the eyes, they would not take ink. Between his shoulder blades rising towards the hairline, he had tattoos of an eye within a pyramid, illuminated by another eye above it. Flanking and connecting through it like a mantle, he has a moon and sun tattoo. M I N D; psyche, personality, general mentality. A sample of Molly in action. (No spoilers.) Mollymauk Tealeaf has existed for precisely two years. After being picked up by the circus with no memory of who he was or what happened to him, he attempts to move forward to make a future of his own. Whoever was buried isn't him anymore. He has been described as a "literal and figurative peacock". He easily tells extravagant lies with little mind for whether or not his audience believes them and has been a successful carnival barker and performer for the past two years. He tends to brush off most insults, especially those about his heritage. Yeah, yeah. Devil. He knows. Come to the show, won't you? Molly tends to find amusement wherever he can, however he can. Though he doesn't mind rough living, he is wildly interested in extravagant — borderline hedonistic— pursuits, including being hand-fed fruit, possibly illegal recreational drug use, and getting full release massages. What's money for if not a good time?? Molly lives as a colorful, larger-than-life person with a flare for the theatrical gained from a life in the circus. He has little interest in the truth and prefers spectacle to reality. Though he approaches the world with a kind of nihilism, he's terribly cheerful about it. Despite appearances, Molly is perceptive and has a sense of fairness that comes out in little bursts. His moral code is one he's developed on his own and he stays by it. He doesn't betray people, he doesn't steal from the people he surrounds himself with, and he only takes what he feels he's earned or from those who can afford to lose a little. He is generally protective of people he's decided are his own: the circus survives by looking after each other and working towards a common interest, and Molly knows how to pull his weight. After leaving his carnival family, the Mighty Nein become his and, despite differences, he is loyal to them. Molly is intensely good at reading people and is very observant. Eventually, Gustav Fletching forges papers for him under the name "Mollymauk Tealeaf" after mistkaing his muttering for M.T. and hoping they were somehow significant to Molly. Molly has no desire to remember anything of his life before he woke up, determined to make a life for himself now. He became a promoter for the carnival and a fortune teller, depending on card reading techniques and sleight of hand.
